# Where and When does this happen?

## Regular Informational Meetings

- Robotics will always meet at lunch on Fridays
- Once a month we will make this a potluck! (9th/10th graders and 11th/12th graders)

- For the offseason: Tuesday evening 7PM Virtual Meetings will be informational for about the first ½ hour (~7:00 - 7:30 PM)

## Building and Training Meetings

- Virtual Meeting on [Discord ](https://docs.roboticsfrc4419.com/link/34#bkmrk-page-title)for the offseason:
- Tuesday evening 7 PM meetings will be CAD training and development for the last hour (~7:30-8:30 PM)

- In Person Meetings at School for the offseason:
- Thursday after school (3:30 PM on regular days, 2:30 PM on early release days) until 6:30 PM.
- Sunday 1 PM - 4 PM (this may shift or expand on holiday weekends)
